    • A: Brew POS is Software as a service. Priced by the station, it's $60 per POS station per month.
  • Q: Can I try BrewPOS before I buy it?
    • A: Yes! Sort of, we will happily demo the product for you and however full implementation of the system, including menu, employee and product implementation is time consuming and you may incur a cost for such services.
  • Q: What if I find POS is not right for me?
    • A: Brew POS system comes with a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not satisfied, within 60 days, contact us at (505) 470-1773 and we will arrange for the termination of the program. Hardware purchases are not returnable unless note in your contract.

    • A: Windows 7 or newer is required for Brew POS.

    • A: Brew POS offers training for managers as part of the installation.

    • A: No! You can save hours of manual data entry by importing your inventory information.
  • Q: Can I transfer data from the retail software I'm currently using into the BrewPOS system?
    • A: If you can export information from your current retail management software to Microsoft Excel, you can then easily import it into the BrewPOS system.
  • Q: How do I process credit cards with BrewPOS?
    • A: You can use Brew POS to process credit card payments quickly and easily without a separate credit card terminal, all you need is a Process Local Merchant account. Your transactions are automatically recorded right in Brew POS, no more going back and forth to a separate terminal, no more double data entry, and you’ll reduce errors.
  • Q: Does BrewPOS work with any Merchant Service Provider?
    • A: Yes, you can use any Merchant Service with the BrewPOS system. You may use another merchant service with BrewPOS, but there is a monthly fee for each POS terminal and additional support fees may apply.
  • Q: How do I process debit cards with BrewPOS?
    • A: Brew POS uses swipe debit.
  • Q: How many copies of BrewPOS can I network together within one store?
    • A: You can connect as many as 10 copies of Brew POS system within one store and all 10 copies can share the same data.
  • Q: An outside accountant does my bookkeeping.  Do they need to purchase BrewPOS too?
    • A: No. You can issue your accountant a login for the Back Office and set permissions on the features they have access to. They will be able to access all the reports they need.
  • Q: What do I need to buy in order to manage multiple stores with BrewPOS?
    • A: Multi Store Installations are handled through the back office and very simple. You will need to install station and assign them each to a store. Employees can be given permissions to clock into multiple locations.
  • Q: How many stores can I manage with the BrewPOS system?
    • A: BrewPOS allows you to manage up to 10 store locations with a single Back Office.
